The maintenance of all the Residential buildings including civil and electrical works are being carried out by the Residential zone. This includes minor repair works such as plumbing works, leakage of taps and Drainage problems.

The Residential zone includes Schools, Banks, Post Office, Community Halls, Ladies Club and Main Guest House in addition to the all residential buildings.
